Thursday’s initial sell-off traded down to 3121.02 then reversed sharply higher. It wasn’t obvious why gold behaved in this way until fib-price-ratios alerted us to the fact that extending April’s initial five wave decline between 3500.17 to 3260.94 by fib. 61.8% projected exactly into the low at 3121.02. This specific ratio applies to the measurement of an a-b-c zig zag which suggests more upside progress during the next week or two.
